This is proposed customer-facing copy for review. It is not an issued quote, accepted agreement, privacy policy or adopted refund promise.
What the final agreement must identify.
The eligible customer and project; the reviewed price, applicable tax and total (the earlier C$400 draft is under review); exact release/matrix and capacity bounds; 336-hour term with absolute UTC instants; support channel; allowed data and hosting region; retention, backup expiry and deletion; cancellation/refund conditions; permitted uses and incident responsibilities.
The fixed fee has no automatic renewal, usage charges or paid overflow. Customer model-provider costs are separate. No uptime SLA is offered.
Proposed data starting point.
Use ordinary non-sensitive data that you are authorised to process. Do not send passwords, credentials, personal/confidential datasets or other sensitive inputs during this proposed pilot.
Seven-day active retention, a 24-hour recovery-point objective and one-business-day recovery-time objective are planning proposals. They require implementation, drills and adoption; they are not guarantees. Region and backup expiry remain unresolved.
Physical deletion of active task data is a separate status from deletion requested, forensic erasure and expiry of all backups. Access expiry alone proves none of those.
Cancellation and refunds remain draft.
Final cancellation/refund conditions and tax treatment still need adoption. This preview does not promise unconditional refunds, automatic returns or a specific processing time. A requested or pending refund is distinct from a completed return.
If ordinary support would exceed the included two hours, pause and agree a narrower acceptance task or a refund decision. Do not infer an extra charge.
This website accepts no task data.
The enquiry composer only prepares text in this browser tab. It makes no submission, writes no browser storage and requests no files or secrets. Closing or reloading the page discards the draft. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process request data to deliver and protect the site.
There are no analytics, third-party fonts, remote embeds, payment services or backend calls. Future enquiry-message processing must be reviewed separately from hosted task-data processing.
